Prices and discounts for online email verifying

Initial price

Initial price - it's price for customer who verify less then 9999 emails in our service, for example all new customers using initial price.
Initial price is 0.5 USD per 1000 emails, it means that verification of one email address cost 0.0005 USD.
Price per 1000 emails verification called "verification rate" or "rate", initially it's 0.5 USD.
Example: new customer (0 emails verified before) want to verify 5000 emails, it will cost (5000 emails * 0.5 USD)/1000 = 2.5 USD
Notice: verification rate for bulk email verification, verify email list, email verification api is the same.

Discounts

Our discounts based on emails number that was verified and paid through customers account before.

Example1: customer that already verify 0 emails want to verify 100,000 emails - (0.5*10,000+0.4*20,000+0.3*70,000)/1000 = 34 USD
Example2: customer that already verify 15000 emails want to verify 5000 emails, it will cost (5000 emails * 0.4 USD)/1000 = 2 USD
Example3: customer that already verify 35000 emails want to verify 5000 emails, it will cost (5000 emails * 0.3 USD)/1000 = 1.5 USD
Example4: customer that already verify 135000 emails want to verify 5000 emails, it will cost (5000 emails * 0.2 USD)/1000 = 1 USD
Example5: customer that already verify 535000 emails want to verify 5000 emails, it will cost (5000 emails * 0.1 USD)/1000 = 0.5 USD

Custom discounts

It's possible to get discount and verification rate less then 0.1 USD if customer going to verify huge amount of emails.
